Once your final payment is received, we’ll have a second call to walk through your full plan, answer questions, and make sure you’re ready to implement it confidently.

Are payments refundable?

No. Because this is a custom service that involves significant research and planning, all payments are final and non-refundable.

When is the second payment due?

The second and final payment is due before you receive your completed custom marketing plan. The first payment initiates the audit process.

How long does it take to receive the full marketing plan?

Most plans are delivered within 2–3 weeks after your audit call and completion of any requested intake materials. You’ll get a realistic timeline after we begin.

Will you help me implement the plan?
