Submission Guidelines

We accept both solicited and unsolicited nonfiction and fiction manuscripts. If you are an author looking for a trusted publishing partner, we encourage you to submit your work for review.

To begin the submission process:

  1. Merge your query letter and manuscript into a single file before uploading.
  2. If you do not have a completed manuscript yet, a query letter alone is sufficient for initial review.
  3. Complete the submission form, ensuring all required details are provided.
  4. Our team will review your submission within three business days and respond with the next steps.

 

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Protection

At The Author’s Journey, we take author rights and confidentiality seriously. By submitting your manuscript, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Strict confidentiality: All submitted materials will be handled with the utmost care and discretion by our team.
  2. No unauthorized sharing: We will never disclose, distribute, or use any unpublished work or ideas without explicit permission from the author.
  3. Purpose-limited use: Your manuscript is reviewed solely for publication consideration.
  4. Data protection: If we do not proceed with a publishing agreement, your manuscript will be permanently deleted from our system within three (3) days.
  5. Intellectual property rights remain yours: Authors retain full ownership of their work, and our review process does not alter or compromise these rights.
  6. Legal accountability: Any breach of these terms by The Author’s Journey may result in potential legal action.
